Our preferred carriers for domestic shipping are USPS and UPS. Preferred carriers for overseas shipping are DHL and UPS.
Parts in stock will be shipped on the day the order is placed, or on the following day at the latest.
Shipping costs for orders will be calculated automatically at checkout.


NEW REPRODUCTION PARTS can be returned within 7 days* for an exchange or a full refund of the price paid for the item(s). 
NEW OLD STOCK PARTS and REBUILT UNITS will not be accepted for refund unless they are faulty*. If a fault is found, MoParPro must be contacted within 7 days to agree an exchange or a full refund of the price paid for the item(s).
USED PARTS are described accurately and sold in good faith. Used parts are not guaranteed and no refunds will be given on used items.
In exceptional circumstances, New Old Stock, Rebuilt Units or Used Parts may be returned for a credit note or exchange. This must be agreed with MoParPro before parts are returned.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal etc).
Returned items must be received in resaleable condition, including all packaging.
No re-stocking fees will be charged.
*Electrical parts cannot be returned - this is industry standard.


Limited Warranty

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request.
If an item has been developed a fault in use, we reserve the right to request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising a return.
New remanufactured items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
Major units or parts professionally rebuilt or refurbished by MoParPro are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of two years from the date of purchase.
NOS (New Old Stock) parts and used original parts are supplied in good faith with no warranty expressed or implied.
MoParPro reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine the cause of failure.
MoParPro’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be defective. All products returned to MoParPro for warranty inspection must be prepaid by the customer under this warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.



The only personal information we hold are details provided by customers when ordering, subscribing for news, or requesting to be kept updated with information. We do not purchase personal information from third parties.
Customer information, which may include names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and vehicle details are held so we can fulfil orders, answer inquiries and contact customers about orders when necessary. Account details and all personal information is stored in the United States. We do not store credit card numbers.
Our website uses ‘cookies’. If ‘cookies’ are blocked, orders may be placed but if the browser is closed before completing a purchase, cart contents will be lost.
We will occasionally make contact by telephone, but only if necessary to process an order. We may use email addresses to share information about discounts, promotions or news. There will always be an option to unsubscribe. If requested, we will delete personal information promptly unless it is needed to process a live order. Orders cannot be deleted.
We do not share information with anyone except when necessary to process your order, such as telling a carrier where to deliver, or when otherwise required for legal or audit purposes.
